The essence of Buddha's teachings is compassion and wisdom. By developing and maintaining compassion and wisdom in our daily life, we can transform our lives, improve our relationships with others and look behind appearances to see the way things really are. With compassion and wisdom, like the two wings of a bird, we can quickly reach the enlightened world!

Faith can be a powerful force and lead to experiences of great meaning
in life. But is faith simply belief? How do we make sense of the
difficult things that happen in life? What is the intersection between
faith and logic? Buddha teaches that we should use reasoning, logic, and
personal experience to develop our wisdom and faith. In this way we can
develop great inner strength, bringing benefit to ourselves and others. Come explore these topics with Gen Rinzin. Class includes relaxation meditation, teaching, discussion and Q&A.
