Eight Steps to Happiness

The great master Langri Tangpa taught an eight-step path to lasting happiness and enumerated it in an eight-versed poem. This path begins with learning to love others more deeply and more purely. We've been searching for happiness, but it often eludes us. Through transforming our mind and our heart with the Buddhist way of loving-kindness, we can find the peace we seek.
