Guided Portion

Receive simple instruction and be guided in meditation along the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, also known as Lamrim. These meditations both help us solve our daily problems and find peace an meaning our our busy modern lives, and also take us swiftly to Enlightenment.

Cost

Cost for the Saturday guided retreat includes refreshments and vegetarian lunch. Pre-registering helps us to plan for lunch.

For the unguided retreat days, please come to any session. A suggested donation of $5 / session or $10 / day or $30 / week helps to pay the bills.

Tips on getting here

We are just off of College Ave. Harvard is two lights north of the mall, or the first light south of Drake. Go west one block to McClelland, turn south, and then immediately turn into the parking lot.

NOTE: Parking is on the south side of the building, and entrance is not from Harvard St., but McClelland Dr.

Retreat is a time to set aside our ordinary activities for the purpose of focusing on a particular spiritual practice.

Except as indicated, all retreats are open to everyone. Beginners may prefer the guided retreats, but are welcome to participate in unguided retreats as well.
