Noble Truths Daycourse

Noble Truths Daycourse

Kelsang Thaye

Taught by Kelsang Thaye

Saturday, February 9th

Come to this daycourse to open your eyes to profound and life-transforming universal truths.
In Sutra of the Four Noble Truths Buddha says, ‘You should know sufferings. You should abandon origins. You should practise the path. You should attain cessations.’

In saying this Buddha is advising us that we should abandon suffering and its causes, and that we should follow the path that leads to the supreme permanent peace of mind (nirvana), and the pure and everlasting happiness of enlightenment.

This is a wonderful opportunity to receive profound teachings from Gen Rinzin on the gross and subtle aspects of the Four Noble Truths, and learn how to practise the Sutra of the Four Noble Truths in our normal daily life, without having to abandon our family, work and responsibilities.
The teachings will be based on the books “Ocean of Nectar" and "How to Solve our Human Problems”, both by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Everyone is welcome! No previous knowledge of Buddhism or meditation is required.
