We have all made mistakes, but we are not who we once were. By
dwelling on past mistakes and problems, we harm ourselves even long
after the error was made.
Furthermore, an inability to let go of past insults and other
emotional wounds drains us of energy, makes our mind tight, and prevents
us from experiencing inner peace and happiness. So why do we let our
past mistakes and problems burden us?
During this course, we will
learn special techniques to let go of the past and relate to our
potential to grow and change, feel peace at our heart and be better able
to heal troubled relationships.
