Dealing With Difficult People
Many times due to the force of habit we allow ourselves to indulge in anger or we think that anger is the way to protect ourselves or solve problems. Buddha tells us that there is nothing more destructive than anger, and it is by its very nature a painful state of mind. Come and discover meaningful ways to deal with difficult people and situations that provoke anger and its lesser but just as destructive cousins frustration and irritation.
Simple changes from our side allow us to be a positive influence on all the difficult people we encounter. Through various meditations on patience we will be able to tame our anger.
