Weekly Buddhist Meditation Classes

These practical meditation classes cover all of the stages of the path to enlightenment. Each class consists of guided meditation and a teaching on how to apply Buddhist wisdom in our daily life. Join for a whole course or take it one class at a time.

We all seek happiness and wish to avoid suffering, but all our efforts to find this peace and comfort are shy of the mark without looking inwards at our own mind. In this series we will learn about the Four Noble Truths, gain perspective on our lives, as well as help understand how to truly heal our mind and life.
