Wednesdays from 3:00pm to 3:45pm
Starting February 8
Loving others can be one of the greatest joys of life, but why do we have so much pain around relationships? It is because we don't clearly differentiate between love and attachment.
Each week in these classes we will investigate aspects of love, desire and attachment. By learning to love purely, we can have such wonderful and fulfilling relationships.
Learn answers to questions:
- What is love?
- How to love more deeply and purely?
- What is Attachment?
- What is healthy desire?
- Love without pain?
Each class includes relaxation meditation, instruction, and time for Q&A.
