Guided meditations watchable on demand
ABOUT THIS MEDITATION CHALLENGE
Our busy, stressed and unhappy thoughts keep us in a constant state of disquiet. We rarely experience the relief of mental peace. Meditation and Buddhist wisdom can help us learn how to let go of all our negative and disturbed states of mind, so that our mind becomes balanced, peaceful and healthy.
In this 7-day meditation challenge, we will engage in seven meditations that help us “be kind to our mind” by learning to skillfully let go of our inner turbulence. Each day for seven days, Resident Teacher Trina Gunther will guide a different Buddhist meditation for letting go.
Join this meditation challenge to learn mental focus and receive the
support you need to make meditation an indispensable part of your daily
routine. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome.
Each 45-minute video stream will be available for three days. Watch, listen, and be guided in meditation on your own schedule.
"When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within."
