Through meditation we can learn to keep a peaceful mind all the time. If our mind is peaceful all the time, we will be happy all the time.
In this retreat we will learn and practice basic and essential meditation techniques. Perfect for beginners and improvers.
In three sessions we will emphasize establishing a strong foundation for meditation practice, and making a connection between meditating and the rest of our daily life.
