Loving-Kindness can solve so many problems. For example, in our relationships, problems come due to our mind being
clouded by anger and jealousy. But although our mind is often like a cloudy
sky--overcast by negative states of mind, in essence it is clear and
pure. The Buddhist way of loving-kindness is a profound and practical
method to solve relationship problems by clearing our mind so we can
enjoy satisfying experiences with everyone we meet.
This mini-retreat will introduce both meditation and daily life practice of loving-kindness. Each session will incorporate instruction and guided meditations that help us open our heart to others and interact with them in a more positive, kind, and loving way.
