Where do we turn for comfort when there is uncertainty, for solace when things have gone wrong, for protection when there is danger? For Buddhists, the principle refuge is Buddha, his teachings, the Dharma, and the Sangha community.
In these remarkable times and unusual circumstances, we can find real peace from within the Three Jewels. In this course, Gen Rinzin will introduce the practices of Buddhist Refuge, which are the gateway to Buddhism.
