Many problems come from our relationships due to our mind being clouded by anger and jealousy. Although our mind is often like a cloudy sky overcast by negative states of mind, in essence it is clear and pure. The Buddhist way of loving-kindness is a profound and practical method to solve relationship problems by clearing our mind so we can enjoy satisfying experiences with everyone we meet.
This workshop will introduce both meditation and daily life practice of loving-kindness.
