Aspects of the first noble truth

Gen Kelsang Rinzin

Taught by Gen Kelsang Rinzin

Saturday, February 16th
10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Come to this daycourse to open your eyes to profound and life-transforming universal truths.
Buddha's first teachings came to be known as the Sutra of the Four Noble Truths. Buddha taught these truths at both a gross and subtle level. In this course we will investigate the subtle aspects of the First Noble Truth: impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness.

Through understanding these, we will live in harmony with our world, and we will put our self on the path to total mental freedom. We will learn to

  • Let go
  • Find peace in the face of adversity
  • Stop grasping at our self
  • Free our mind completely

Everyone is welcome!
