Drop-in Meditation Classes at Colorado State University
At just 45 minutes long, and in the center of campus, meditation classes at CSU are specially designed for busy students who don't have a lot of time, but want to
learn meditation

Each class includes guided meditation, instruction, and a bit of Buddhist philosophy.

Relationships of all kinds underlie an enormous part of our mental space. If we clean up our thoughts towards the others in our life, we will feel a vast amount of peace and happiness. In these classes we will investigate the attitudes that nurture loving kindness, and gradually learn to love the whole world.
The nature of our mind is clarity.
Although most of the time our mind is busy and full of thoughts, if we
pause a few moments into the natural clarity, we will experience deep
peace. With peace comes a feeling of well-being, unpressured.
In these classes, Kelsang Thaye will explain and guide us into that ocean of peace in our own mind.
