This new book by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso offers us deep insight into our mind and how it works. It is a practical guide to developing a light, positive attitude – showing how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, and to cultivate peaceful, positive states of mind that bring us happiness.
In this course, you will learn how to replace negatve states mind with beneficial ones. You’ll gain insight into the different types of mind and develop a deep understanding of meditation, bringing all you’ve learned about the mind into your practice.
