"Lamrim" meditations are a special sequence of meditations which contain all Buddha’s teachings. They are renowned as supreme medicine for our mind, and are practical and suitable for everyone. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to benefit from these classes. Gaining experience of the sequence of Lamrim offers incredible benefits, both immediately and in the long term.
Our Sunday morning classes will offer you the full sequence of Lamrim meditations over the course of 2021. Each month a different part of the Lamrim sequence is explored. Taught by Resident Teacher Trina Gunther, each class includes: a preliminary meditation to reduce distractions and quiet the mind followed by a short chanted prayer, the presentation of a Lamrim meditation including guided meditation, and an opportunity for questions.
Everyone is welcome! Join us via Live Stream, or if you would like to attend in person (masks required), we have limited socially-distanced seats available - please contact info@meditateinfortcollins.org to reserve your seat in advance.
Cost: $10 ($7 students/seniors and no-one refused for lack of funds)

In this series, we will focus on the Buddhist perspective of the true meaning of life and death. Using this understanding and awareness inspires us to a more meaningful and joyful life. Lamrim meditations on life and death help us prioritize the aspects of our life that matter most, giving us great confidence and direction.
These classes are based on the book Modern Buddhism, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, available as a free ebook here.
