"Lamrim" meditations are a special sequence of meditations which contain all Buddha’s teachings. They are renowned as supreme medicine for our mind, and are practical and suitable for everyone. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to benefit from these classes. Gaining experience of the sequence of Lamrim offers incredible benefits, both immediately and in the long term.
Our Sunday morning classes will offer you the full sequence of Lamrim meditations over the course of 2021. Each month a different part of the Lamrim sequence is explored. Taught by Resident Teacher Trina Gunther, each class includes: a preliminary meditation to reduce distractions and quiet the mind followed by a short chanted prayer, the presentation of a Lamrim meditation including guided meditation, and an opportunity for questions.
Everyone is welcome! Join us via Live Stream, or if you would like to attend in person (masks required), we have limited socially-distanced seats available - please contact info@meditateinfortcollins.org to reserve your seat in advance.
Cost: $10 ($7 students/seniors and no-one refused for lack of funds)
Become Your Own Protector
Sundays at 10:30am - 12pm
February 7-28

Our mind has tremendous power to either help or harm us. Through practicing Buddhist refuge, we gradually become our own protector, instead of our own worst enemy, building strong habits of peace, joy and freedom within our own heart which we can then share with others.
Buddhist refuge means we find spiritual protection in our mind through relying upon the “Three Jewels” of Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. This spiritually adventurous 4-week course will take you on a tour of your own mental continuum, reincarnation, and enlightened beings.
