Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:00pm
May 8th - June 19th
The happiness we seek comes from inside, from a happy heart, a happy mind. At present we probably are happy some of the time, and unhappy at other times. So we need to develop habits of happiness.
Buddha taught a straightforward set of practices to guide ourselves away from negative habits of mind and toward the enlightened state. These so-called "Six Perfections" have been practiced for over 2,500 years by people wanting greater happiness for themselves and for the world.
Join us in learning to eliminate painful and limiting attitudes from our mind and replacing them with their opposite. In this way we can fully realize our own human potential, and be best able to benefit others with our thoughts and actions.
Each class is self-contained, so come to as many as you can.
