A Life Beyond Anger
Wednesdays at 7:30 - 8:45pm
March 3 - 31

In situations of conflict, we tend to become angry easily. We even think anger will help us ‘win our battles’, and we rely on it as if it were our trusted friend. The mind of anger, however, leaves a trail of broken relationships, lost opportunities, and painful feelings in its wake.
In this 5-week meditation class series, we will gain insight into the mind of anger and learn Buddha’s effective methods and meditations to transform the energy of anger into more constructive, creative and healthy attitudes.
This series is taught by Kadampa Teacher Jamie Holland, who is known for his light-hearted and practical approach to meditation and Buddhist practice. Everyone is welcome.
