Buddha's Advice for a Happy Life

Buddha teaches that happiness does not actually depend on externals. Everyone can live happily, if we have the right attitudes. One of the foremost of these attitudes is the way we view others. Since our awareness of others pervades our life, getting the right view of them makes an incredible difference. Come hear this amazing instruction.

Improving Our Relationships

Wednesdays @ 6:30-8:00pm
February 6 to 27

Our relationships occupy a huge amount of our mental space. They can be a source of happiness or of pain, worry or even conflict. Learning to have harmonious and healthy relationships with others is the solution.

Many of our relationship difficulties arise from our unrealistic expectations of others. As a result we can feel let down, disappointed and resentful, and these feelings can linger long after the event. Buddha teaches us many methods by which we can transform our view of others and learn to accept and appreciate others as they are. By learning to develop a balanced and caring mind towards others, we will find within our own mind a source of inexhaustable peace and joy that nobody can take away from us – no matter how they behave
