Anger, hatred, irritation, frustration, annoyance--these all destroy our peace and happiness. And they are all, ultimately, a choice. We can learn to respond in more positive and productive ways. Then nothing and nobody will be able to take away our peace and happiness. With patience we are as stable as a mountain.
