Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8pm
October 9 to 30
Everyone is welcome to drop in for these meditation classes. Break through the dark clouds of misunderstanding and conflict and see things anew with a clear and open heart of loving kindness. Applying meditations on love will help us let go of our dissatisfaction and will heal our relationships, making them joyful, harmonious, and deeply fulfilling.
Love elevates our mind and allows us to see good solutions that remain hidden to the mind of frustration and anger. Practicing loving kindness is the best method to solve our daily problems.
