Dealing with Difficult People

Wednesdays, October 18 to November 8 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

From time to time, we all encounter people who seem to be 'difficult', or we could say, are difficult for us. Due to the force of habit we may allow ourselves to indulge in anger. There is nothing more destructive than anger, and it is such a painful state of mind.

Come and discover meaningful ways to deal with difficult people and situations that provoke anger and its lesser, but just as destructive cousins frustration and irritation. Simple changes from our side allow us to be a positive influence on all the difficult people we encounter. Classes include relaxation meditation and time for Q&A.
