Wednesdays 6:30pm - 8:00pm July 3rd - July 31st
Our mind creates our reality, and the state of our mind is the main determiner of our happiness or unhappiness. In spite of this, most of us have relatively little understanding of just what our mind is, or how contented or frustrated or anxious states of mind arise.
Join us for an introduction to our mind and how various states of mind arise. Buddha gave exceptionally clear explanations of how our mind works. By understanding the busy, uncontrolled, stressed states of mind that are the real source of our stress, anxiety, and troubled relationships, we can get control of our life and experience increasing joy and happiness.
