Meditation & Mindfulness for Work

Wednesdays, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm
November 4 to 25

We spend so much of our time working, but job difficulties and conflicts can make this time feel stressful and unrewarding. By developing the positive mental responses of patience, wisdom and kindness to the inevitable problems of work, we position ourselves to find solutions to seemingly intractable problems. Eventually we gain the ability to remain calm under pressure and bring happiness to others.
