Freedom From Fear
Wednesdays at 7:30 - 8:45pm
April 7 - 28

Fear can be a crippling mental state that can prevent us from living our best life. When our mind is vulnerable to anxiety and frustration, we suffer more than necessary with the uncertainties and challenges of life. Buddha’s teachings on patient acceptance help us to build a mental resilience that undermines the fears and emotional fragility that keep us trapped.
In this series of classes we will explore Buddhist methods for practicing patient acceptance in the face of suffering, hardship and disappointment. Patience is an inner strength that enables us to accept and grow from whatever life throws at us. By using these methods in our daily life we gradually develop a stable inner peace that cannot be disturbed by changing conditions.
